I remember back in July of 2017, my little brother had died. Our family was devastated, and our world had stopped, but we all knew that the world as a whole kept turning. Back to the grind, and I recall that work being really stressful and me just needing to relax and catch my breath. I discovered this song one night after work, and I remember a Saturday night after work, just blasting this song and chilling outside on an 80 degree night with a bit of a breeze hitting as I sat on the porch. Ever since then, I occasionally come back to this song and while it’s a bittersweet memory, it makes me feel nostalgic somewhat to those days.
