The family before bought it for $600, 000, and then they first listed for $779, 000, but they settled for $500, 000? They really wanted out of there after owning for only one year. $500k seems a lot too for a clapboard box.

I would not be surprised if that house is still full of paranormal activity to this day. So much on the initial recordings. Who would want to live there?

This shakes me to the core…. As someone who works in home improvement, I have been in the neighborhood for work & my curiosity brought me by the house shortly after this tragedy occurred and I cannot get the image of all of those stuffed animals by the door out of my head. Knowing what happened to those precious little girls just breaks my heart.😢
It is such a sickening feeling knowing how much evil once occupied that space.
I hope Chris is miserable beyond belief with every breath he takes. Coward

I put a bid on it, but someone else bid a bit more and accepted the sellers contingencies. Surprised it sold for so much considering its history.
