I love your posts. Confusion comes from pointless futile repetition of behaviours and a life without purpose or destination. The information in your posts always come at the right time for me to hear and ring true. Thank you.

I think the spiritual principle is that perfection knows no end. Whatever stage we're at is a preparation for the next stage. We usually can't conceive of our next stage, much less the one after that. This is a wonderful concept which most people and religions are unaware of. I guess they're not at a level where they can even conceive this concept. This corresponds to our acquiring scientific knowledge, where we reach a stage where we think there's nothing of importance left to learn and then some odd duck like Einstein blows the lid off of the complacency and forces people to re-think everything. Back in the 1840's there was talk of shutting down the Patent Office because of the belief that there was nothing left to patent.

Hello, everyone. The Lord has told me that meditation is the most effective work one can do for oneself. That is All!

After just watching the first minute, this came to mind...
Ephesians 3:20 (KJV) Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think...
Thanks so much to you all, our Lord Jesus Christ is using you to change lives; your material is a real blessing. :)

I seen stories where people say they only see plain darkness no heaven just darkness when they experience near death. It kinda freaks me out when I think about it.

The limitless possibilities of a heavenly life are surely centred in Love. Therefore, does it not stand to reason, that to live such a heavenly life here on earth, everything we do that serves as testament to our greater truth as humane beings, must be centred in Love? Anything less, it cannot be, not if Love is everything. And, if Love is limitless, why do we at times choose to limit it? Though as much as we might try, Love will always return us to Love for the learning.

I wonder if there will be the sense of struggle and achievement..? How much contrast will there be between events? Will this network/creation never cease and will we be content with that ever-ness - or perhaps unaware of this ever-ness?
Five and a half minutes and you've set me off thinking! Thank you all! :)

Since we are in constant birth or growth even when we go Home, does evil continue to attack the loves and truths you hold in your heart?

Reminds me of Ken Wilber's "multiple lines of development". Not only does one develop along one line, but new lines (skills, traits) can emerge along different lines. Also, in this model, the evolution is cumulative, becoming ever more complex and multi-dimensional. It very much represents the development and diversity of life forms we see today, arising from evolution.

The other model is re-incarnation. The reset button is hit on one's memory. This is kind of a bummer when I think I'd have to learn all this stuff over again. (And I don't look forward to going to high school all over again.) . But through it all, the soul is accumulating the "bottom line" lessons through each lifetime. This may seem like a brutal way to go. But it can also actually be quite refreshing. One is unburdened from the concepts, fixed patterns, memories of the past. Everything seems fresh and new again. It's a good way to deal with boredom.

The re-incarnation model also reminds me of an algorithm known as "simulated annealing", taken from metallurgy, used in machine learning. You heat the material up. This loosens the constraints. It allows the molecules to explore the state space. Then you let it cool. It allows the molecules to find the optimal solutions. Repeat for a number of cycles. In machine learning, this is a way to find the global optima. In metallurgy, it leads to a stronger and more resilient material. I guess for the soul, it leads to development of "character" (?)

I don't know what Swedenborg says about re-incarnation. People claim to remember some of this. it's certainly a belief in a good number of people from the world's religions (Buddhism and Hinduism). (You probably did a show on this, and I either missed it, or don't remember.)

What is the process in heaven when anybody decides to reincarnate into this world? Do the friends and family gather around the person and say good bye and the person then just disappears?

Do we always have to be reborn into a new body? If so how do we escape that cycle?

There is an idea put forth that the universe is a living giant being (Jehovah) and we as human beings made in its image, are miniature universes in ourselves containing millions of corpuscles. The components of each corpuscle imagine themselves to be in a complete world of their own, though they are aware of other universes around them. Is it fantastic? I wonder. We understand so very little really. If space is limitless and endless, then don’t you see, the opposite must be true. Smallness never ends either, but continues being tinier and tinier just as the enormity of the universe becomes more and more enormous.
