I grew up about 5 minutes away from the Herr’s factory. They used to give free chips to restaurants in the area, they also gave out new chips to get feedback before actually selling them on store shelves. They used to do a lot of neat local stuff

My school switched from lays to herrs this semester and not only were they significantly cheaper but they have a crazy variety and taste great too. Highly recommend

As a Pennsylvania native Herr's brand chips are all the rage here! SO MANY FLAVORS!! I highly recommend most if not all of what Herr's has to offer. Thanks Ian for bringing awareness to the Great Potato Radiation Scare. I come from a farming family and we suffered through the Fruitsplosion Scare of '97. Farmers' heads started turning into fruits and getting all deliciously juicy in an early 90 CGI way. But the truth got buried hard and Big Snack Industry led people to believe it was just a commercial gimmick. To this day, I still can't eat a Fruit Gusher without pouring out a 40oz Capri Sun for all the lost souls.

Herr's Ketchup Potato chips were my white whale. i have a distinct memory of buying a striking bag of ketchup flavored potato chips at walmart as a child, and they were the best chips i ever had.

but my fickle child mind had forgotten about them, and i have bought many ketchup potato chips in passing, never finding that elusive taste.

but after watching this video, googling Herr's, and seeing that bag once more. i knew i found what i have been craving all these years.

I’ve never heard anyone else talk about Puffcorn!!! Chester’s Cheese puffs are my favorite version of it because it reminded me of the old Cheetos Curly Puffs :) If you like the Butter flavor I highly recommend the Cheese flavor as well !

Also can I just say how much I appreciate the amount of effort you put into your videos. A lot of other YouTubers feel like they're lazy and a lot of the "relatable" YouTubers are to lazy to even prepare for the video. For example they'll go "today we're making _ _ _." (Fill in the blank honestly) but then they'll go "The recipe said to use this but all I have in my pantry is this. So hopefully that works." and it's just like, why am I wasting my time? But I appreciate the amount of editing in your videos, and how you never have any dead air in your videos with awkward silence. Your videos feel more fulfilling, they quench my appetite lol. Thank you.

Herrs brand is so underrated. Everything I've ever had of theirs tastes like the flavor they are advertised as. My favorites are the cheese puffs, either the deep dish pizza or the jalapeno bites are amazing. We have both in the vending machine where I work and they sell out every month.
