The Pro Tools Model 105HD Manual Tube Bender is an upgraded version of the popular MB-105 bender, featuring 5/8 inch thick main frame arms. It is a great choice for building rock-crawlers, buggies, motorcycle frames and many other projects.

With it's 2 inch capacity and economical pricing, it can pay for itself in the first use. The Model 105 Heavy Duty uses mechanical leverage to easily bend by hand but can be upgraded to hydraulics at any time.

Other features include: Steel bushings at the main die pivot to reduce friction and ease die change-out. A Degree Plate is included. An optional stop kit that allows for repeatable bends is also available.

The large selection of available die sets for round and square tubing, nominal pipe sizes (NPS), and metric tubing, make this machine extremely versatile. Custom sizes and radii can be quoted upon request.

I bought this a couple years back and finally I’m trying to use it for a hand rail, but the ss tube that I’m using wrinkles at just 35 degrees. I have read the complete instructions several times and the results are the same every time. The only note related to the thickness of the material just says “for thin material “ but how thin is thin???

Guess since there's no response to others for 3 years I guess it's possibly too much to ask if this will bend black iron pipe?
