Follow these tips in this short video to help you cope with the stress that is resulting from coronavirus (#COVID19).
Remember to:
- wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth before washing your hands.
- Cover your cough and sneeze with your elbow or a tissue.
- Practice social distancing (at least 2 meters).
- Get your information from trusted sources.
- Stay at home if you feel sick.
