First, let me say that this channel is so good and is a bit underrated at present in my opinion. I think JavaScript is mainly intended for manipulating the DOM, and not for data-intensive computing. But then, if you are an object-oriented fanboy, Typescript would probably be the first thing to grab and hold onto.

I mean, IDK. JS is like an emotion now. Also JS provides better functional approach while I think TS provides better OOP approach.

Here's my opinion: TypeScript is not perfect but this is the best we can do until we have WASM. It is also pretty much widely accepted that Next.js is the most superior React framework.

Anyone looking to land a job should definitely learn both TypeScript and Next.js. At my current company, our entire frontend stack is Next + TS.

I think if you do a full tutorial that covers the most common concepts in Next and TS while building something mildly complex (say an eCommerce store), then your audience would definitely derive value from it.
