Fortress Town! - s2 ep8 Dawn of Man beta - new base builder gameplay

Our little town is basically a fortress now! Walls and towers everywhere. Perhaps we're too tough? Dawn of Man continues to be a fun, engaging title that I enjoy just for the fun of seeing the wonderful, organic way this towns evolve. Good stuff, Madruga Works!

Really great episode! They sure are packed tightly in that fortress but it's also very well defended. Those were some of the most successful raid defenses I've seen with this game, impressive! Well played.

I'd bet you dollars to doughnuts though that the raiders will attack from that corner and demolish those two houses.

Raiders seem to be coded to attack the most isolated outposts first. Which makes sense.
Bewarned, many have tried to make outposts and few have succeeded. I hope TinyPirate is the first to get one going.

For the outpost, the raiders do seem to attack them more ( I think they're set to attack the weakest settlements first ).

Also, I think you have way too many towers for your population. The upgraded towers have 3 persons manning them. You have about 26 (from what I managed to count), that's 26 x 3 = 78 persons. You have 109 people in total, including children who can't fight. So that's practically your entire town in towers during raiders attack, that's why no one can intercept the raiders... there's nobody free.

but how far in tech tree this game go? I mean, can you build steam engines or space rockets?

Has anyone been able to confirm those "service trees" or chestnuts give you the logs, sticks, and nuts it's saying it gives?
