So much excellent footage showing the launch failure.
Sending my condolences to SpaceOne: this was the first launch for this young company. Hopefully the accident investigation goes smoothly and they have another launch soon.

That shot of it fireballing into the ground at 0:30 is crazy

I think it was a Space X engineer who said “When you launch a rocket, hundreds of things can happen. Only one of them is good!”

The rocket changes trajectory after the first few meters and then explodes. Some anomaly caused it to change its trajectory and it was possibly self-destructed

Anything after leaving the launchpad is icing on the cake...

A fascinating location for building and launching rockets. It appears that environmental concerns may not be a top priority in Japan.

Next time, 100-percent success. Best wishes from a former JPL employee and retired U.S. Navy chief petty officer! 👍

From what I can see frame by frame it looks like the upper stage was the failure. Some high temp gasses were expelled out of the payload fairing joints, suggesting the upper dome failed. Best suspect for me at the moment is a high pressure vessel failure within the fuel tank itself. Similar to the SpaceX launch pad failure some years ago with facebook satellite on board maybe. Better luck next time guys!

mechanical failure or self destruct (altitude too low for that)?

Always sad to see a rocket fail but if it does it has to be on video,
Im looking at you SN11!

S'ok, Japan will get it right. Complex Tech advances take time, testing & patience.

Sembrava un razzo da fuoco d'arrificio.

the rocket might have been manually detonated from distance as the explosion seems to start from the middle f the rocket
the ground control must have detonated it because the rocket changed its angle and at that point it becomes too riskyletting it fly,
it should have gone straight up, 90 degree, for the first minute
