Just bought this last night. It’s not bad, only paid $80 for it at academy. Just make sure you tighten the nuts and bolts really good.

Can you hang on it to decompress or does your feet touch the ground

sucks. notice pullup bar on same side as dips bars; guy has to duck his head.

They built the tower wrong, pull-up bar is supposed to be on the backside. Hence why he has to lower his head when doing dips.
