Interesting interview! I really think that the best way to compare personalities is when someone from the respective region is constantly getting above 15k viewers. I remember when froggen used to stream in europe he would get a ton of views. Nowadays I don't see any EU Pro streams with these numbers of viewers.

EU lacks well known streamers. If UK was decent at League and had a bunch of players in the LCS this probably wouldn't be a problem, but right now you have people not even streaming in English which means they will never ever grow to the levels of someone like imaqtpie or sneaky, bjergsen, doublelift etc.

You know what would help the EU identities? Tone down the filtering. The EU desk acts like the prudest safest space. Players crawl into their shells because they're constantly shut down from making those so called "dark jokes".

Also a lot of focus is put on highlighting NA coms, much more than EU coms. Whenever you see voice chat highlights, you will basically hear a lot of NA pre-game banter, and tiny bits of EU in-game coms, which can not be nearly as funny.
