Instructors should also consider taking the following actions . . .
1) Include an 'honesty expectation and a warning' in the directions. See the below comment for possible wording of an integrity statement. (This is to serve as a friendly reminder that each student should be doing his or her own work and reiterating the college’s academic honesty policy.)
2) Create pools and randomly select questions from the stratified question pools.
3) Use algorithmic questions to generate different amounts for quantitative questions, so no two questions are alike.
4) Change the company names in the questions if using the standardized questions from the publisher.

5) Create your own questions to be included in the test bank.
