What can people expect to take away from your keynote?

Well, I think if they're in the business of trying to get their organization to change, I think they're going to sort of understand some of the things I've run across and I think to be able to relate to them as well. So these are basically things I've run across in my consulting, where I've tried to make some radical changes, yet comes out of the woodwork, people who want to stop it from happening. It's threatening in some way or the other. So I'm going to talk about the various sources of these threats. Some of them are very active, some of the kind of passive. Some are just strictly organizational culture and a little bit of how I tend to mitigate these. You can never really get rid of them, but you can sort of handle them and still get your transformation and put in place. So it's basically things I've experienced in trying to make changes and some of the roadblocks have been thrown in front of me.
