Over rated??? Mvdiablo, he is considered one off the greatest hip hop artists of all time by his peers. He is a critical and commercial success. First time i heard juicy i had no idea who biggie was and i understood how great a song it was, it has nothing to do with being publicized big.

Only like what you see on tv? Biggie brought rap to tv buddy... He was one of the grandfathers of the rap game. Under-rated these days.
