Great accessory for the freeze dryer. Recently, I dried 2 loads worth of blackberries. They took forever. I kept checking them but the bottoms that were sitting on the try were tacky for the longest time. I can see where these would have really helped.

Those grids look very productive. It's kind of a cross between dehydrating and freeze drying resulting in faster preserving times and the longer shelf life
