Показать описание
In this Q&A-style video, teachers Mark and Marina from Coffee Break Spanish answer learner Iris' question about the difference between the phrases "no sé" and "no lo sé" in Spanish. Of course, both of these phrases translate as "I don't know", but there are different contexts in which we use each of them.
Here are the phrases included in this video:
• ¿Sabes nadar? - No, no sé (nadar).
• ¿Hablas italiano? - No, no sé (hablar italiano).
• ¿Sabes lo que ha pasado esta mañana? - No lo sé. / No, no sé.
• ¿Sabes cuál es el plan para hoy? - No lo sé. / No, no sé.
Make sure you watch the full video to hear a full explanation about the contexts in which these two similar phrases can be used. We've provided subtitles in English which can be turned on using the Subtitles/CC button.
