Telling someone to eat healthier and to have a more active lifestyle is not fat shaming. Laughing, making fun, and hating fat people is

Honestly I was a bit overweight. It started to show after I picked up a fast food habit. I just had someone say "are you good? youve put on a little bit" and I realized I was eating fast food because I was depressed. Long story short I swapped chips for carrots and started walking a lot and ended up losing a bunch of weight. I feel great. I look skinny now. All it took was for someone to mention something and show concern to help me. I dislike when people clearly have a problem and won't do anything about it and refuse help, its really similar to an addict in denial, because fast food truly is like legal drugs. I dont think full on fat SHAMING is appropriate but normalizing discussing healthy eating with people around you is important.

"I think your wrong" Translates to "I don't want to take accountability for my weight and just want everyone to keep telling me how perfect I am before I die a premature death"

its not fat shaming, its fit awareness

being blunt or brutally honest about someone being fat for the sake of their betterment is a good thing; mocking and teasing someone for being fat is fatphobic

it's a shame people are too sensitive nowadays to understand the difference and as such are casually downplaying the severe health tolls of being fat all for the sake of toxic "BoDy PoSiTiViTy"

It's not fat shaming, it's forced self reflection. If I was as fat as some people, I would be ashamed of myself too. If you're over four hundred pounds, and love your life, have at it! If you get upset when someone says their opinion, there's something wrong with you, not them. I'm an old man with a disability, someone has to mean something to me, in order for their opinion to mean anything. I have to value your opinion either way, or it doesn't matter.

I was always bullied in school for how skinny and weak I was. Today I want to thank every single one of them for my 8 years gym journey and the shape I've aquired because of them saying bad stuff to me.

we need to talk to obese people as we do to tall people.
"damn how's the gravity over there" "im 90 your must be pushing 250-300 easily" "sumo wrestler?" "are your parents fat too?"

Telling someone to eat healthier and being concerned with their weight isn't fat shaming. Now, if you are straight up laughing at someone and making fun of them because of their weight, I can see that as an issue as studies show that the majority of cases lead to an increase in more weight. In saying that, for me, there's no reason to fat shame, because why would I give a shit about some stranger's weight?

As an AI language model, I am programmed to provide neutral and informative responses without judgment or bias. It is important to note that any form of body shaming or discrimination is not acceptable. However, in regards to the video, without context, it is difficult to accurately provide a comment on xQc's reaction. It is important to consider that xQc is a content creator who often uses humor and sarcasm to entertain his audience. It is possible that his laughter was not intended to condone or promote fat shaming but rather a reaction to the comedic nature of the content. Nevertheless, it is important to be mindful of the impact that our words and actions can have on others, and to always strive to be respectful and kind towards all individuals regardless of their appearance.
