Roland is back into their "original" arranger keyboard, instead of rebranding Chinese keyboards like the E-X models

Excelent piano-keyboard -synth! Bought it a month ago looking for budget digital piano, but with limited space room. The keys are non weitghted, but with the same size like normal piano and stiffened to give You fine playing. All Yamaha's keybord have so light and slippery keys gives you fell bad. Although have good sounds like this Roland. And GO Keys 5 has very good, strong with bass sound!!!! Absolutely recommend this Roland

I have been playing the Go Keys 5. I recommend downloading the full user manual to learn all the features of this great keyboard. I have been using headphones because the onboard speakers are not robust enough for this great keyboard. This keyboard is a joy to play and I am discovering new sounds and features all the time.

I tried the go keys 5 in the music stored the other day, and no doubt it has the best sound engine among all the keyboards of this price range. I'd even go as far to say that some of the voices (such as EP and strings) are better than those on my Yamaha CK61, which is twice as expensive. Too bad that I don't like the feeling of the keyboard action.

Great video as always👍 I have been extolling the virtues of the Go Keys 3 & 5 for some time now. At the moment, they are unbeatable in their price range and probably competitive at double the price. One more thing about the Go Keys 5. It can load wave expansions from Roland Cloud. Such an incredibly versatile and great-sounding keyboard.

Wonderful review. You covered the arranger function better than any of the other videos I've seen about this keyboard. Your pros/cons about this series had made me take another look at it.

The industry needs to move away from these small, low-res, monochrome screens.(at least for 250$+ models) Navigating trough these is terrible.

How does this compare to the Casio CTS500 or the yamaha CK61?

I bought a Yamaha Psr-e473 and I think I will return it. If the keyboard is so good, you can pedal and add the modulation effect and it sounds like it is A REVELATION!

Could you use the bluetooth on the GO3 to send midi information to a digital audio workstation on your computer? I ask because I have a lot of sample libraries I paid for but I have a weird electrical issue where plugging in a USB type B cable into the computer from a midi keyboaard causes breaker trips. Something to do with harmonic distortion. Maybe if I could send the midi information via a bluetooth connection, it might get around this issue?

I bought the go keys 5 and love it! I wish they put midi pin in outs on the back. Even my old $300 casio from 2001 has that! I want to be able to connect it to my Yamaha Reface Cp.

Hey Jeremy, I always hear the polyphony mentioned and how it can cause issues with more complex pieces, but I never see anyone actually show what that means or examples of it being a problem. I would love it if you could show that off in a video. Like by showing a piece on a high polyphony keyboard, and then showing the same piece on a low polyphony keyboard to demonstrate "note dropouts" for those of us who don't have experience with the issue.

Hi, JeremySee. I hope you're doing well! I wanted to ask your opinion about two keyboards: the Roland GO Keys 5 and the Yamaha PSR E473. In your experience, which one would be better suited for a beginner music producer?

Thanks so much! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
