It means if any degree not listed in Anabin database but University is H+ then HEC recogniation will suffice German degree recogination. Kindly confirm this

My university status is H+ and my engineering degree is also recognized but my when I click on my degree course, my university is not shown in the list of institutes that offer or has recognition of Germany. Secondly my degree and transcript is attested by HEC as well. Does this mean I'm meeting the criteria of apportunity card or do I have to do any further recognitions from zap.
