I absolutely LOVE this song. In fact, I personally thank Teairra Mari for putting out this record because this song has been a motivator for me. When my ex tried to get back with me roughly a year and change ago (mind you he pops up out of nowhere and we haven't spoken in years), I didn't take him back because he failed to SHOW ME that he truly changed for the better. His eyes weren't open to see what a good woman I am. What my ex didn't realize is, I've come a long way and I now know my worth. I also know that I deserve somebody who will love my unconditionally, commit to me fearlessly, and treat me with the utmost respect. People ask me why I've been single for so long. I tell them that the right person hasn't come along to show me what real love is all about and show me that he embodies the same relationship values the way I do. I pray that this dream of mine will become a reality someday.
