You'd think I would have gotten sick of this song after 100+ shrines but it's strangely captivating

This track is actually ‘randomized’ when you enter a shrine, certain parts are mixed together live in game

Those sages at the end.... It took me a few seconds to realize they were all mummified. when you complete these shrines, you're not just getting a spirit orb...you're giving them a chance to finally rest.

"Knock knock."
"Who's there?"
"Myahm Agana."
"Myahm Agana who?"
(Wario voice) "MYAHM AGANA WIN!"

Since Tears of the kingdom came out I’ve become very nostalgic for Breath of the Wild, especially the shrine theme. God this game is a masterpiece

This is the first thing you hear when you boot up the Wii U version. It gives you an awesome ominous vibe as you anticipate playing the game.

This song's mysterious tone and feel fits the atmoshpere of the shrines perfectly. Having to listen to this the whole way through a trial, I've come to really like the music, since the shrines get extremely difficult after completing the first four.

Great blend of eerie, mysterious and grand.

I love how much the shrines remind me of portal. With the cubular shape, bottomless pits, orange and blue lights. I guess Hyrule was part of the perpetual testing initiative

Cave Johnson here. Our most recent discovery in the perpetual testing initiative was a world still in the middle ages and lacks an aperture science facility. We consulted with some nice tribal folk who really have a thing for eyeball patterns and convinced them to make some test chambers for us and gave them a bunch of random aperture products to mess around with. They made some damn good ones too, but we had to discontinue the project because they made all of their chambers really inconveniently spaced out and only compatible with this tablet thing that they developed without our say so instead of the handheld portal device. That, and i'm still a little salty that they managed to outdo us in the turret

I. Love. The. Shrines. So much. Sure we didn't get a Forest Temple or Water Temple, but we at least got a shit ton of dungeon gameplay

Aw man. 3:06 is where it hits me the hardest. The feels are insane! I don’t know why but that part gives me intense Ocarina of Time vibes. Very nostalgic.
