It's crazy how literally everyone got the worst ending except for Penguin. Victor died a nobody (despite what Oz promised) and will likely never be identified or remembered. His mom got stuck in her own body for the rest of her life, again despite Oz's promise. And Sophia got sent back to Arkham aka hell. All of this while Ozwald got everything he always wanted.

I’m so glad that Penguin is getting more recognition as a villain in media again.

Penguin was one of my favorite Batman villains growing up. I always assumed he was in the big three along with Joker and Bane. But regardless while he’s had good content over the years he hasn’t been a big player since Gotham years back. That show made me love him as a villain again and this show made my appreciation skyrocket.

Collin Farrell and everyone that worked on this show deserve all the love and praise for putting this character together on the big screen again.

Peguin legit makes Wilson Fisk look like a saint. Fisk at least have people he genuinely loves and wouldn't kill them just for making him vulnerable. She goes for Penguin from Gotham

The best thing about this show is how they truly commit to making Penguin a villain and as irredeemable as possible. This will make Batman's beating of him feel all the more satisfying.

The way I immediately switched to Team Sophia after this. Man, I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for Batman to beat up somebody. It’s funny how I was fine with him killing everyone except for the last 10 minutes of the series. Now that’s how you write a villain story

I’m ngl im putting Colin Farrell’s performance up there with Heath Ledger’s Joker. He absolutely transcends the role as a complete witty scumbag who you also can’t help but root for (until the end) and you literally dont see him as an actor just as penguin

In hindsight, From the first episode we knew he would end up killing vic, yet they somehow convinced me that he might just let vic go smh. There truly is no honor amongst thieves, Vic should’ve just got on that bus with his girlfriend 😂😂😂
