Beef ribs aka dino bones aka brisket on a stick. Whatever you call them, they are delicious.

I smoked these on the offset at 275 degrees until probe tender. Wrap them up and let them rest for a good hour or so. Then it’s time to slice and enjoy!

These are super easy to make and they come out delicious 🤤 #beefribs #bbq #grillinwithdad #recipe

What is with everyone's obsession with mustard on everything. I swear, someone saw somebody do it once and from then on decided that's the only way. If the meat sweats, YOU DO NOT NEED A "BINDER"

I’ve found wild fork to not be worth the money in terms of their quality tbh. I’ve cooked up several steaks I ordered from there and they were all rubbery after a perfect reverse sear
