Let's be real, taking supplements alone isn't gonna make you lose weight. Supplements are exactly what their name means. They must be supplemented into your daily activities, diet, and exercise to speed up weight lost. This video analyzes all the ingredients along the lines of "it may" and "doesn't necessarily mean", basically summarizes as it depends if you're healthy and/or not overweight. But why would healthy and fit people need this supplement? Obviously this is for people who are not healthy and overweight, therefore those ingredients along with daily exercise will help them lose weight.

Good information, thanks! I'm pretty pro supplement, the only ones I'm not already taking on that list are the B6, green coffee & L-theanine. Caffeine doesn't really affect me, although I do enjoy coffee.

Just started using it but I have started loosing weight which I have kept in the last 25 years. I am 75 years old plus. Yes, cleaned, mopped, waxed my floor for 5 to 6 hours 2 days ago.I am or was a medical field trained. I suggest you let your friends try it with their coffee every morning ro see for yourself. I do not exercise, never have exercised in my life.

I am pretty sensitive to caffeine and I used this for almost two weeks and it was too much for me lol, it was fantastic at controlling my appetite and my energy wasn't through the roof but it got me through the day just great.

Java Burn in your coffee, Sensa on your salad, Armra Colostrum, AG1, powdered fruit & veggie pills, Total Beets, powdered pomegranates - what's with all the freakin' powders? How about real, healthy, tasty food? (And, as always, exercise.) I'm developing my powdered Snake Oil!
