I think a great concept is a ventriloquist who's really just a wizard, and they can bring any object to life (and make them talk), but instead of becoming a superhero or something, became the world's best ventriloquist

I can do cpr but refuse to do it on the life size doll things- they freak me out, literally I won’t go into a room with them. It became a slight problem at school but the teachers would always let me leave or go to a different class while the doll things were out lol

I have this one oc that literally just has a deck of magical cards that do ridiculous things, but the deck is hidden, so he just pulls out cards from his sleeves. Sometimes the card just explodes. The deck is ridiculously long, but resets every time he sleeps. Because of this, he dresses like a professional poker player.
