I’m not sure but I heard somewhere that the interviewer was trying to criticise Demi and her excess weight so she asked her about her favourite dish so Demi twisted the words and when she was pretending to hold a mug, she was directing her fist at her as if she’s about to throw a bunch or something and this indicates her anger but I could be wrong, I’m not 100% sure about it, this scene is funny though😂
