USB Interface Not Found! - VCDS ERROR! Driver error

If the VCDs is suddenly not starting anymore this is what you can do to solve it.

Getting the latest version for your genuine kit should solve the problem. Otherwise check Customer support.

it worked, thanks so much! Occasionally antivirus software can interfere with the mechanics of new programs, so be sure to see if it is blocking anything, and what it is blocking, and then you can provide an exception if you wish.

to anyone one here with HEX+CAN - VAG 12.12 cable; make sure you are using vcds 12.12 this was my solution
