Just because you find some swarmers in your home does not mean you have termites. Swarmers can swarm from trees and fly into your homes usually you will find them around areas that have water like your kitchen or your bathroom. Usually around Mother’s Day is when they start to swarm. As long as you don’t have any kind of roof leak or wet areas around your house the swarmers will die on their own if they can’t find moisture usually 4-6 hrs after they break off their wings. More importantly what do you do to save the valuables in your house that are wooden when you are trying your best to make up for someone whom shouldn't be a landlord. You're having them come out to get rid of the termites hopefully for good and getting out of the residence. What do you do? Must you get rid of all of your wooden possessions before you move to ensure that starting over isn't futile Is there a solution for this issue? when you think about it most people don't actually own a home and if they do a lot of cases they're trying to get rid of it or have the plan to get flip it. However the most important part when this happens to your home is your possessions your inheritance the things that mean so much to you and things that you need. How would you answer that question? That's the most important question from my perspective. I'm sure it is for most ppl.
