PS Vita Unboxing in 2022

This is my 1000 model PS Vita that I bought recently. This is my first PS Vita and I've had a pretty decent collection of games back from the PS Plus era.

I bought a blue 1000 and a blue 2000 slim, models both from Japan and they were literally brand new. They were listed as used but not a scratch on them for $160 each in 2020.

I recently bought a clean white PSVita Slim for around $180 from a collector where I live. Complete with the original charger, box and everything. Surprised the battery health on it is still sitting at 100%.

Should arrive tomorrow and I can't wait to use it alongside my PSP 3000 😁

Ps Vita was the first gaming device I’ve bought with my own money. I got a Khaki Black model and it looks so clean, it was used but barely a scratch

Good god I can’t express how much I want to buy one again, I had one whenever it came out since my pa bought it because he was into playing god of war at the time, but I’m trying to get one now and it’s so hard to find one locally and not in Japan.

This is why I want a 1000 modle I regret not getting it bit for a first time vita user I found out the 2000 was better but the build quality of the 1000 is king

Can’t wait to get it just for PS3 quality games on the go like uncharted: golden abyss, gravity rush (the one that isn’t overpriced), the first 2 God of war games and so much more

Miss my Vita. Touch screen stopped working one day, was gutted. Good gaming (and YouTube app) memories.

It's amazing to see in 2022 that the OLED fat PS Vita display did not "burn in."

I bought not a new one but I used one I'll find not too long ago kind of curious what you paid for a brand new one I know used I think I spent like $150 on it somewhere around there and I can honestly say that I was pretty disappointed by it it's definitely a good system I'm not disappointed about that part mostly the lack of good games for it is what bothering me out of all the systems that I have it's probably the one with the weakest library but my advice to you would be to hack this thing that's the only way it's really worth playing there's a few good games on it but not very many and the few that are around our heart to come by and cost kind of a lot due to the rarity of them but that's about where it ends for when it comes to being cool if they would have made more games for it I would have thought a lot more highly of it but there's a lot of good Homebrew stuff that comes along with it and there's a few ports of Android apps that they had come out for it. And the only reason I point that out is cuz yourself be fooled by thinking that the PS2 versions because of the Android ones and when I'm referring to is bully GTA San Andreas crazy taxi I think there might be a couple more of them but yeah they're all just the Android ports unfortunately. But still if you don't want to get a case of buyer remorse I would strongly recommend that you hack this thing
