I am excited to announce the CNBC Investing Club with me, Jim Cramer!

We created the investing club to help all investors build long-term wealth in the market. In the coming weeks, we will start sending regular emails letting you know what I am seeing in the market, so you can make smart decisions with your portfolio. Sign up here to join the CNBC Investing Club.

Through the investing club, you will also have a view into the active fund I run, my charitable trust portfolio, which currently has 34 stocks in it. I will tell you when I am buying, when I am selling before I do it so you have time to act before I do.

My goal is to help educate investors and I treat every investment decision as a learning experience. The trust is a list of recommended stocks, and my promise is to be totally open, totally transparent about every move I make. I don’t just cherry pick my wins. When an investment doesn’t work, you will know about it.

Thank you for signing up as a club member and I look forward to helping you invest smarter and get rich carefully.

What’s the difference between this and his holdings at Action Alerts Plus?

Jim I'm really interested in your investment club.
I just need one small piece of information before signing up. Namely a list of all your stock picks and buy and sell points for the last 20 years, with summary of rate of return for each of those years... 😁

Tried to get a few simple questions answered before sending my $400 but NOTHING; NO response NO reply ZERO.
I thought it might be interesting to be involved with an interactive club, but since I'm not a desperate investor and have been doing quite well on my own, I could't see any reason to sign on with this.

When Cramer decides it's finally time to start an Investing Club, you know that The Bull Market is over. 😅

That awkward moment when you realize that you are the only one who says “Cramerica.”

Note: Part of a quote Cramer sent this to Investing Club members yesterday..."When I was running my hedge fund, which beat the S&P 500 for 14 years with an annual average of 24% after fees"... Funny I never dream that I would be down at least 24% in his Investing Club.

Sorry Jim - this investing club's intrinsic value is $99. Totally overpriced.

Wonder if he will publish all his trades in real time. Being a talking head on TV is a lot different than actually doing it in real time

This is outrageous. I saw a little ad for this on a CNBC show (ironically, "American Greed") and thought it must be either a joke or the most brazenly unethical venture by an established network. It's closer to the cheesy promos for "supplements" and snake oil on Alex Jonestown. I can't believe CNBC would allow this kind of conflict of interest involving one of its own regular show hosts. Of course, Cramer is an obnoxious huckster I wouldn't trust with my pocket change. (See his failure to note all the bright red flags leading to the 2008 financial crash and the bad advice he gave then.) But I've never seen a network engage in aiding a host in blatant double-dealing self-promotion. If he wants to start a financial scheme, let him do it on his own time. He should never be allowed to shill for a scheme through which he's making money by touting his personal expertise that is reinforced by the network featuring him as a market "expert". I'm appalled.

IDK why but I know cramer and Vlad get a lot of hate..

I mean don't get me wrong, I don't trust cramer at all but since I know what he's about, I can keep that in mind and just like his personality.

Vlad on the other hand, I actually do trust for whatever reason
