Dendrobium lindleyi syn. aggregatum

Sometimes written the other way around with lindleyi as the synonym but they are one and the same orchid. This clip precedes another in about 3 weeks time - watch to find out why.

Roger, I just found and bought one today. It was my first ever bag baby purchase . Looks like a healthy plant. It's label had both names.

I am still waiting for blooms on mine. I will stay hopeful. Yours is gorgeous. Mine has four 3 inch or 4 inch pseudo bulbs only 1 has a healthy looking leaf the others dropped their leaves. It also has about 7 half half inch pseudo bulbs 1 of them has a tiny leaf on the end. Maybe one day I'll get a spike. Until then I'll admire yours ❤

That Dendrobium is so fabulous. Hoping to find one someday. Let us know when new growth starts. This is an interesting one and habits very different. Wow. The leaves are so Cattleya like.

Thanks for the video. Have you made a followup for this? My lindleyi bloomed but it’s so pale. I’m hoping as it ages that it might deepen to that rich egg yolk color.

Maybe the reduced light gives the signal of starting new growth. My dendrobium chrysocrepsis is growing new growths with reduced light. Nice vid again, Roger. 👍
