The plaintiff spoke with the defendant, a lawyer, about some trouble her son got into. The defendant charged her but didn't do anything, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant argues he was hired by the plaintiff and drafted a letter to the cops.

Wow! He is actually a pretty good lawyer! Loved the way he explained everything fast (he’s probably familiar with JM & how she operates by shutting people down & yelling at them when they don’t answer her swift &/or properly!) -felt bad for the plaintiff as JM shut her down without really explaining much to her!!

You can tell that's a terrible lawyer because he cannot shut up. Don't answer questions when the judge doesn't ask you any questions.

BS Ruling! That paper was NOT worth a thousand dollars! He doesn't get to keep the entire amount. He only gets to keep what he earned, and the rest goes back. Writing one letter is NOT worth a thousand dollars! Absolutely a BS Ruling!

JM is a former prosecutor. If a prosecutor says a defense attorney is a good lawyer, then it means they are not a good lawyer. If they say they are a scummy lawyer or a bad lawyer, then they are pretty good and you want them to defend you. Defendant is one you want on your side.

Why are paying for you son? Ah, she says her boy must pay her back.... that is the way to do her son needs to grow up and make better life choices, which includes not putting your hands on other people.
