1:47 the L and R buttons are used for capture and home, but if you press both of them at the same time while playing an NES game, it will bring up the menu.

I used my NES Classic Controller with the new 8bitdo wireless adapter and it works great. For me this is more than enough.

The D-Pad is noticeably less responsive than the original. I think its the height of the pad that was lowered.
