What really impressed me is Billy knew what he wanted to do and he stuck to it. I wish I had taken that same approach and stuck with my passion. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t regret a thing. But from racing a straight up s-10 stock to in my mind. The most popular small tire guy ever, , , that’s nothing to sneeze at considering his age! Almost all east coast youtubers that have a racing channel and catch an event u guys compete in end up using a thumbnail with a pic of an SRC ride. Win or lose. That should tell ya something right there. I been saying it for a while but I don’t think it will be long before he will be involved with a lot bigger races with some big big names and do it on TV. ✊

I've seen professional teams, where everyone's on a wage & paid by the hour and they don't even come close to wining a meet on their third time out with a new combo!

I think a sponsored pro team will eventually approach Billy. His feel, instinct, and pure natural ability is so so obvious behind the wheel of a car. But I think his biggest asset, ....and what teams love, ....is the ability to give real time feedback that the laptop can't. That magical ether that resides where the tire meets the track. Knowing what the car wants to run its best. Teams are constantly looking for the next ace. Nascar isn't the only show in town that sends talent scouts to small town shows. Just call it a hunch.
