I remember my dad renting Wrong Side of Town when i was younger and i didn't remember the name for a long time and referred it as "The movie with Batista and RVD"

Hands down, Dave Bautista is the best wrestler turned actor. Sure he wasn't perfect in the beginning but over the years he's gotten better. It's not because if his role in the Marvel universe (Drax) but because he doesn't play the typical action-leading role. Since he's also done comedy, thriller, scifi, and dramatic roles. All while also playing any recurring or 2nd character, not the typical leading role like John Cena or the Rock. Sure Dave doesn't have a bug resume of films but he has managed to work well with successful directors that are well known in Hollywood.

I saw that movie with him and RVD and thought that either one of them could be next up. And when I saw Batista in Guardians of the Galaxy I couldn’t stop laughing. He’s such a great talent and is hardworking as hell. And he’s right because he’s been acting ever since 2002.

I remember that season of Smallville. Bautista and Kane were both phantoms that escaped the Phantom Zone when Clark got out. Kane was named Titan but i forgot what Bautista's name was, but i know he was eating people

I love how batista whole life is just him being real bad at something than wanting to prove to himself and people wrong that he could do it, i remember him saying someone basically said he couldn't make it in wrestling and that made him want to pursue wrestling even more than this story, very few people on this planet i respect as much as batista

I remember seeing Dave Bautista on another show called Chuck several years ago. Maybe late 2000s or early 2010s? It was just for one episode though. He has evolved a lot since then.
