The Peruvian Coastal Spanish is one of the four main dialects used in Peru and it's the one used as the standard variety in the country. It also has African and native American influences in some regions and it's spoken by 30% of the Peruvian population.

I feel I can go to downtown Lima or La Molina district and be able to come across tens of guys talking like that... lol

It's not and official term, but most people in Lima call that kind of speech ¨manyado¨, cuz they say ¨¿Manyas?¨ a lot, as a way of saying ¨Do yo get it?/ Do you understand?¨
