Themba Lam is my love song to God.I am a mother o 3 and the inspiration for this song came through reflecting on my life's journey, where God has taken me, to where He ha placed me. Reflecting on my childhood, growing up in one of the poor villages in the Easter Cape, South Africa to working and safeguarding families in the UK.

I couldn't be more grateful to God for ordering my steps, for He has been my hope through it all. I could not resist but write this song to Him, acknowledging and praising Him for extending His hand into my life and asking Him to never let me go.

I am a proud South African who represent everything African, yet still maintain and respect the UK culture and that is reflected in my music. As a mother, sister, wife and daughter life can be hectic but having my family's support through this journey has helped me a lot.

I couldn't me more grateful to them for their help, I pray that this song touches many lives out there the way it has touched me.
