Hi iam from Philly but I jus recently had a dui i refused the chemical test, my dui was dismissed but pen dot is trying to suspend my license I’m so confused.

No, I absolutely refused anything. The cop asked because I was pissed off at him for even suspecting that I had been drinking. I was hung over from the night before and my car stinks of a bunch of crap, and he probably saw my four prior DUIs and automatically suspected I was drinking again and it was Mother’s Day 2021 and I refused everything After I did the field sobriety test as good as I could because I had an elevator shoes so I could not walk his test in those so I took them off but then the stones on the freeway hurt my feet and yeah so maybe that’s why the district attorney dismissed this fifth drunk driving. But I still got charged with the refusal just like a DUI but without the prison sentence. Now I can’t drive legally for the rest of my life and it sucks and I’m gonna soon be living in skid row because this is what society does to hard-working business owners

I got pulled over for speeding just over 7mph and cop believed I was drinking and driving and asked me to take the breathalyzer and I refused. Do I have a chance to beat it?

There’s so many squares out there that say just don’t drink and drive but it’s a gamble that we take. Not everybody is swerving all over the freeway driving lol if I was ever that messed up I would never drive and I would call a taxi. Did not have Uber’s when I was 20 in the year 2000. Like all my DUIs have never been from leaving a bar or going to a bar. The cops were already looking for me before I got into my car to leave the place/my house, where my girlfriend was weird and forbid me to drink, but then she pour a bunch of wine into a sport bottle and took her kids trick-or-treating. Lol but I can’t have a few drinks at my own home lol yeah that chick is gone.

That’s crazy, when is it not advisable to refuse it? Can you go to jail for refusing any?
