How to Make Banana Pancake Bites | Mini Banana Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter, melted (30g)
2/3 cup milk (160ml)
1 cup flour (125g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
3 bananas, sliced

Serve with Nutella, honey, maple syrup, nut butter or greek yoghurt, or enjoy plain!

I love the idea, too much sugar though. There's the bananas natural sugar, sugar in the pancake and then more sugar to cover with more sugar within the chocolate coat.
