Absolutely stunning! From the video it seems as though the use of CLT panels eliminated the need for bulky interior insulation. Were you able to put the interior paneling directly over the CLT structure without any insulating material between them?

Really good-looking and beautiful interior in the sauna. One thing worries me a bit: is the ventilation sufficient? The sauna should be rich in oxygen and the sauna should be refreshing. If the air doesn't change properly, you won't be able to be in sauna for a long time and sauna will only make you tired. The same problem seems to exist in all saunas whose construction I have watched on YouTube. Finnish saunas often have the same problem, even though saunas have been used here for a few thousand years. It is quite easy and also inexpensive to improve the ventilation. I've built a few saunas and it's hard to find instructions for proper ventilation. You just have to try it yourself. Evaluation is difficult if it is not possible to visit saunas where the ventilation actually works.

Is the CLT wood compacted through high pressure or bolts ?

It is very dangerous to use river rocks in sauna, as they tend to be porous, and can explode when you pour water on them.
