Thank you for helping me realize I'm a audiophile first. Guess people have no need for physical media anymore! Who cares about sitting down and enjoying an LP. Or the high bit rates offered up by a UHD or evem a Blu-Ray disc. How bout lossless audio? As long as we have that convenient 15Mbps UHD Netflix connection, we're all good. I realize the McIntosh equipment was outdated but my god that's some serious audio equipment. The build craftsmanship is just undeniable. However this is all completely subjective in the end. It's about whatever the customer needs in their lives. For me it's sound before streaming. Sure I stream but prefer physical media in the end. HIgh bitrate video and lossless audio come first. These were around way before streaming was ever available. Guess this just makes me oldschool.
