nah you guys are all wrong it's the naturally spawning snow golem with the chance of 1 in 20 trillion is the rarest mob
how can it generate you may ask you plebes
1. the enderman can pick up 29 different blocks one of those is a carved pumpkin
2. when a 2 blocks deep snow naturally generates the enderman will place the craved pumpkin and you will have the insane chance of 1 in 20 trillion

Actual naturally spawning mob is snowgolem. I need to give credits to Camman18. You need pillager outpost near snow village. Enderman need to take carved pumpkin from fright and put in top of 2 vertically being snow block next to village house. If there is pillager outpost, near there is village.
