Let's GO for some Hero Equipment Nerfs! 😑 *edit* it’s sarcasm guys. Of course I’m not excited about wasting Ore, but we also haven’t seen gameplay to justify freaking out over these changes

Release strong and OP equipements, make people upgrade them using tons of ores, nerf them and keep releasing new op equipments. Repeat the cycle and supercell - 💰💸💰💸

Why didn't they just buff the defense and buff the other equipments without nerfing anything, why do we have to sacrifice what we earned and have grown accustomed to. The game is too worried about offense while neglecting defensive buildings. Now all I've worked for is shit, nothing hurts more than the eternal tome. They made a great game but will only hurt themselves by doing stuff like this, you don't spite your customers after we worked hard to max those equipment out so we can have them at their full capabilities and now they do this. They know we'll keep spending and playing the game so they do whatever.

the archer puppet is most likely adding the same effect of the mirror, the 1 sec invisibility to retarget, but it's just a guess

Thank God I upgraded my rocket spear to lvl 21 and maxed my throwing shield after i maxed out hog rider puppet and haste vile!

The stock equipment should never be buffed or nerfed at all. In fact they should automatically scale with the level of the heroes originally.

Quite frustrating that everyday you spend time, effort, blood and sweat not to mention some real money just to max out an equipment that will now be thrown to the trash

After buying abilities with 1500 gems and maxing them now they are decreasing power of abilities I can not tolerate this anymore supercell.

I've been only investing on Giant Gauntlet, Frozen Arrow and Rage Gem heavily. Well it sure is good to see all of it going to waste.

So they release “epic” equipment that we spend real money on to buy, upgrade them with our ore and then nerf them. That’s extremely scummy. They should have just buffed the less used ones slightly

Unfortunately I don’t feel that “it is what it is”
Those who don’t spend loads of money for ores like myself have been grinding a whole lot to get them leveled up, just for nearly everything to get nerfed. Possibly changing the meta to have us use different equipment that we now don’t have the resources for.

Let's brake it down: Before Town Hall 16, Supercell faced a problem: the level of heroes was getting ridiculous. If they continued with the same strategy of adding 15-30 new levels to each hero at each new townhall level, as they had from Town Hall 9 to Town Hall 14, we would have ended up with heroes at Town Hall 16 with levels greater than 100. This would have been overwhelming for new players and made the game extremely difficult and annoying for F2P and nearly maxed-out players to attack while their heroes were upgrading. Instead of making it possible to attack while your heroes are upgrading, Supercell chose a different route. Allowing attacks during hero upgrades would have reduced spending on hero upgrades, which is an important income stream. So, their solution was even more ridiculous than the initial situation: they decided to decouple and separate heroes' abilities from their levels. To avoid making this seem too obvious, they introduced new abilities and made them strong, hoping players wouldn’t notice the trick they pulled.

Now, instead of just upgrading your hero, you also have to upgrade its capabilities ("equipment"), which requires a different, limited resource. But here’s the catch: players who nearly maxed out their heroes before Town Hall 16 already have near-maxed hero capabilities, and that's what truly defines a hero's strength. Consider this: a maxed-out King with level 1 Rage and Barbarian summons is just a beefy Golem. Once the community got used to this situation, Supercell decided to nerf the equipment, thus "solving" the problem and making them a lods of incomes (event passes, ore sales in the shop, buying past equipment with gems, etc.). Clash of Clans is no longer the same game we all used to play. Just like how evolutions are hurting Clash Royale, equipment will do the same to Clash of Clans... I quit the game which marked my childhood :(
