Something is missing here. At the start when you are setting keyframes for the circle (1:10-1:17), you have end up with the first key frame at 0% and the second at 100%. When you open the graph editor, you are seeing the results of those 2 keyframe, which should then show the first key frame at 0%, then line running up to 100% and a dotted line traveling out from there, and thus, no arch. However, in this video, the arch that is created doesn't reflect that. Both key frames are at 0% with an arch. Setting the keyframes as easy ease, alone, won't create the arch. Clearly you have to have the first and last key from set to 0% otherwise the shape layer would appear and ever disappear. However, if you have both keyframes set to 0%, there is no arch. So...as I said, there has to be a step missing.

A little tip. Convert the pen tool points to Bezier points and adjust the handles to do a twist of the line.

In Circle burst 1, in merge path > subtract didn't work, but Exclude intersection worked

How do you get your graph to have to end? Mine only have the one and don't do the same animation I don't get it every damn time I see a tutorial everyone screen is different then mins and its pissing me off like I don't have the same panels or something running the 2022 version

Thanks! When I try to increase the Repeater Copies after I've created the effect, say from 4 to 6, nothing happens. It still only produces 4. Do I have to rebuild it to increase Repeater Copies?

When I did repeater around 4 min, it made a weird square and I had to adjust the anchor point under repeater 1 for them to look like they are shooting out of the same point. Anyone know why? Thanks!

first, id like to say...great stuff! love you guys. Now, when i do my repeater for the line burst....for some reason, mine is double and its a little off. idk what ive done wrong. its not a bad look, i would just like to know what ive done to FIX the issue or perhaps use it in later projects. thanks

aww i wish i could do that. i followed it word for word but my work didnt do the same. heck my graph is a simple line going up. the circled popped up alright but it didnt burst.
