I hear you, and your point is very valid. But context is very important. We can't be like Islam or fundamentalists where we censor any human body especially the female body. If one sees a female body as an object, it doesn't matter whether they are naked or not

Nudity diminishes our value. For example, if a manager was naked for his employees, he would lose their prestige and their respect for him.

It probably caused just as much harm in the past as it did today. We as a society only don't understand it properly because of how history is recorded as very linear and flat, instead of more complex and realistic

I agree with you, and for me, as a parent, wanting my teenage boys to appreciate and learn more about Padre Pio and his life, it is not necessary to bring the point of struggles and temptations across to the viewers.
