On another note, I binged their show just the other day after going on for so long not having anything good to watch and can I just say how much I ADORED the show?! Like, I’m so impressed from the story to the acting and I enjoyed all the characters so much! Its been way too long since I was this invested in a show and that’s a feeling I absolutely LOVE! So I beg you Netflix to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RENEW THE SHOW FOR ANOTHER SEASON!!! I’m more than curious to find out what happens next and I know many many others are too! Kudos to the entire cast and crew of The Dead Boy Detectives!!! Thank you for bringing in such a great show!!! ❤

I am so scared that Netflix will give us twenty different terrible reality shows over another season of this fantastic show. I can't remember the last time I liked a show this much. If you were a fan of The Magicians, or RTD's run on Doctor Who, or even just Heartstopper, there will be things about this show that you will just love. The cast is phenomenal, the writing is clever and cheeky but feels effortless. And there are so many just fun playful moments. It's a show with hilarious moments as well as deep emotional beats that straight up made me cry. If you're one of those people who just needs crap to explode all the time, the show probably isn't for you. But damned it is so good! Also they managed to do a diverse cast without feeling like it was all just because a network exec wanted to have input. (Unless you're the sort of person who is currently complaining about X-men 97, if you hate X-men 97, you'll hate this show too, and you're dumb.)
