I bought the gen2 hub, got it connected, connected my faucet device to Bluetooth. Whenever I try to turn on smart watering it says I need to buy a gen2 hub. Please fix your devices.

Pretty easy to setup (hub + faucet timer). Currently been getting plenty of rain that I don't have to water, so I've setup the timer with a mister that sprays over a birdbath, to keep the bath full and give the birds a cool mist to enjoy in the afternoon! Have a WiFi Camera setup watching the birdbath and can shut off my water remotely if a fitting bursts off the hose (Again). I located the hub in between the wifi router and the faucet timer to avoid weak bluetooth/wifi connection

Can't set a zone, as clicking in the zones button sends me to none zone and no way to add one. So can't water anything, as also it doesn't work wihout a zone. This is the worst thing ever and support is inexistent.😩

I've been running back and forth turning sprinklers on and off the past week or two, but, not since I got these. The BT range seemed a bit weak in the house, but, paired to the wifi hub now, I can even control them from the back room of the house, and supervise through my cameras. Very nice.

Will this pair with a dual band router Wi-Fi network? I don't want to have to set up an independent network name etc. to activate this.

Hi, we are considering using this system in a caravan park however due to the size we would need to install more wifi hubs. Is it possible to connect multiple hubs together over the same wifi network?

I see people having problems setting this up it was so simple and easy to set up ....it has a few steps to go through but I thought it was an easy setup and what a great way to water my grass and no more going out and turning them off and on in the rain or stopping them if i dont want them to water at the time i have them didnt i see these when i bought my digital orbit timers they have been out since early 2018 and Im just learning about them and they work I bought 4 sweet sweet sweet !!!

Hopeless system out of the box. I spent 1-2 hrs trying to get to do something and o result. The setup process went as directed and all says it is set up in devices but no action in "test" mode, I don't see any app location to turn it on and off manually at will? Called tech support and no one answered. Very disappointing after reading the specs/reviews

These units are generally unreliable. Ive owned 5 and all but one has died and not had to be replaced.

My faucet was working great with bluetoothe, then I got another one with the wifi hub and they worked for about 30 min now both faucets wont connect (wifi or bluetoothe) and it's like they are bricked, they wont connect and it says to factory reset them in the app and when I hit the button 5 times it does nothing on the faucets, but it works on the hub, how do I factory reset the faucets?

Can I turn water on and off within an Alexa routine? I want to do: When garden camera detects motion (a squirrel), turn on the water, wait 15 seconds, turn off the water.

Very frustrating. Seemingly connected hub and timer to my account, phone, and wifi but at the point of testing it stops working. I put it down last night and today picked it back up and it's like the app doesn't recognize the hub and timer. I cannot reconnect. I may be returning it for a refund by Monday..

Hub connected easily but faucet won't connect ..tried to connect for 4 hours yet showing connecting, pressing b-hive button 5 time won't show red light keeps blinking blue, frustrated with the product just returning it back.

Is there a way to force the pairing of a timer to a hub when you have multiple hubs and timers. I have one less than three feet away and will not connect :-( I have deauthorized after updates

So AGGRAVATING!! It worked off and on but well enough until I changed out my modem and now I can't get the app to locate my device to pair it even though it's flashing blue on my hub. Tired of dealing with this and ready to toss in the trash. Anyone with any ideas?? I've tried resetting it several times but the app will still not detect my hub.

One more question: Does the Orbit B-hyve Smart Hose Watering Timer integrate with IFTTT? The only answer I can find is from 2018 when it was "still in consideration".
