Mosa Golf
Also known as Mosa Trajectum. It had 3 golf courses, each with a name - Olive, Stone & Pine. 9 holes on each with a total of 27 holes.
While traveling around, the commercial centre was all closed off and also came across an estate agents portal cabin newly placed facing towards the golf course.

Open to the public after 19th September and building starts on new villas starting from 500,000 euros (this may not be correct as there was no leaflets on the new villas). There was 3 different sorts of villas on show in the agents cabin.
So it seems it has investment and work was going on on the golf course. I will be back in November with Nick from Browns Costa Clida to have a lot at the new name Altona Golf & Country Village and hopefully check out the new villas being built.

I can see this is quite an old video but it was really interesting to watch, I had a property on here for 12 years, in the early days of the development, you drove past it!. Sadly none of the promised facilities materialised and like a lot of people we eventually sold up. It doesn't look any different in this video, I wonder if there's been any improvement since?

Well, another one I seemed to have missed. Did we ever go passed this place in our travels together? Looks very nice place. Interesting the Guard said the Golf Course was closed. Is that still the case? The Villas look very nice, however this was pre-covid. Looks like there was allot of building work going on, have they finished them yet?

Hi Shaun. We had a drive round this very same complex. We also went into the sales office. They are selling plots starting at £350000 to on a golf course that isn't open yet. Very expensive however the other end the appartments were selling for £55000 which I expect will will double in price once the golf course opens and given that the new airport is open and only 15 minutes down the road.

Looks a safe place to live shaun. No place to shop though. I couldn't live there cos I don't play golf. Lol.

The problem is, too many golf courses, saturation point is easily reached, maintaining and specialist care of these places costs a fortune . It is not a seasonal thing, must be done all year round [not like tending to a little garden ] .The supply of people, probably from Northern Europe to keep the money rolling in, it goes on and on . You carry on your walks with Sonny, Much cheaper and you are still getting your exercise Shaun . Still, the vid' is good though .
