Two years ago I quit my job to become a full time content creator and I often show you what my days look like, so today you are going to hang out with my mountain man and boyfriend Christoffer and see what a day in his life looks like! Thank you so much for being here and for watching! Olivia's mushroom and blue cheese burger recipe:
2 eggs,
1 red onion,
3 cloves of garlic,
6dl chopped mushroom,
salt and pepper,
2tbs soy sauce,
2tbs dijon mustard,
2dl shredded cheddar,
80-150g blue cheese,
1.5dl panko/bread crumbs,
0.5dl flour, 3tbs dried thyme. Mix it all, let it rest for 15min before making patties, cook on the grill or in the oven on 175c. Enjoy! 😍

Oh my word this was a soothing watch! The tone is so different from usual, but unexpectedly good. It reminds me of a high quality documentary that doesn't jump about or have loads of filler, but lets the story unfold naturally with all the pauses, gaps and quiet time.
