Love this music. I grew up in the 60s and 70s. For me, it was the best of times, but I had no loved ones fighting overseas. My respect to those that served and their loved ones. My prayers for those that did not return.

My Oldman served two tours in Vietnam. My mom was partying at Woodstock and protesting the war. They met that was it. The two vows they never broke intill death. I still listen to the 50s 60s and 70s to this day. Modern music just can't compete it has no soul.

My brother Michael G Taylor was a Helicopter Pilot 1968-69. He was killed April 1, 1969 with only about two weeks to go before coming back home. Whenever I hear a Huey it brings tears to my eyes.

We of the old good old South Africa fought a similar war as Vietnam, the difference is we won ours which I was part of it was called the South African border war and bush war, at that time we grew up to forget about fear and the music at that time still sticks to me . Thanks for this .

merci lleon d'avoir réuni toutes ces musiques qui font honneur à tous les vétérans c'est un très bel hommage que ceux qui sont tombés au champ d'honneur pour leur patrie reposent à présent dans la paix du Christ
